报废汽车被拆解回流市场！你换的零件或是“定时炸弹”

专家坦言：报废车不能流入正规的拆解企业，除了车主的安全意识不强，缺乏相关知识以外，利益的驱动不容忽视。

中国再生资源回收利用协会报废车分会 秘书长 张莹 ：主要的原因就是，非法拆解给的市场回收价格，会比我们报废汽车所给予的价格要高一些，这样的话就是说，让这些车主在选择上的话，他会以利益来驱使他的选择。

推动报废车拆解行业的有序发展，首先要建立合理的政策引导和产业规划。专家呼吁，除了落实国家对正规拆解企业的相关扶持政策以外，对于提高车主的安全意识，以及加大对非法拆解小作坊的打击力度同等重要。只有多措并举才能让报废车拆解，尽早告别乱象、走上正轨。？？？？
