证监会指出，合法合规、诚实守信、勤勉尽责是私募基金行业持续健康发展的根本。下一步，证监会将继续贯彻依法全面从严监管要求，持续加强私募基金监管力度，坚决整治行业乱象和严重干扰市场秩序的行为，强化私募机构防范风险主体责任，同时，对存在违法违规行为及违反诚实信用原则的私募机构及人员加大责任追究力度，保护投资者合法权益。
