6.健全多种便民惠民措施

为了保障群众的看病就医需求，便民惠民措施是一项重要的改革内容，如二、三级医院的普通门诊号源比例分别不得低于50%、30%；对单纯开药及定期检查不需提供新的治疗方案的慢病患者，设立便民门诊；对门诊注射、输液、换药、理疗、针灸、推拿、血透等需多次治疗的患者，1个疗程只收取1次诊察费等等，让群众切实享受到改革红利。
