凸显海派特色打造名医摇篮 沪探索中医药学术共同体建设

东方网记者刘轶琳8月3日报道：加深人文素养，还要外出游学和探访，遍访中医名家，探寻中医文明发祥地。这是在上海成为高层次中医人才的必经的“修炼”之路。上海市卫计委透露，目前，上海正全力打造多层次、多元化的中医人才队伍，全力推进高层次中医药人才培养。 上海有7900多名中医师，其中还不乏高学历、高职称中医专家。上海市卫生计生委副主任、上海市中医药发展办公室主任张怀琼表示，高层次中医专家不仅应该具有较高的学术水平，还应该身怀临床“绝活”，并深谙中国传统文化。据介绍，近些年来，上海在全国率先创立名中医工作室传承模式，开创“老中医药专家学术经验继承高级研修班”，同时针对中医药高层次人才培养，探索“上海市中医药领军人才建设项目——海上名医传承高级研修班”。 张怀琼说，名中医工作室的开展，旨在通过名老中医传帮带，在较短时间内培养一批能坚持中医辨证思想、专业素质较高的中青年中医专家、临床学科接班人；学术经验继承高级研修班，开创性地结合师承教育、学位教育，以中医理论知识、实践经验、思辨特点、认知方式、道德修养为内容，探索流派跟师学习路径；至于海上名医传承高级研修班，则遴选临床骨干精英，打造具有深厚传统文化底蕴、扎实中医药理论基础、特色中医诊疗技能的新一代名中医。 上海在高层次中医人才培养中，既重视诊疗技巧，更注重人文素养。来自上海的人才培养创新经验，已得到国家中医药管理局的认可。早在2008年，国家中医药管理局着手将师承教育与学位教育相结合，2010年启动全国名老中医药传承工作室建设。迄今为止，本市共建有全国名老中医传承工作室60个。 据悉，目前本市正探索中医药学术共同体，形成以“名老中医领衔、领军人才为主、后备中医药青年人才为继”的老中青三代学术团队，提升中医医生对各种流派、学派的认识，吸纳百家之长，丰富临床经验，为孕育中医大师培养良好土壤，最终造福于民。
