寿县在安徽省率先开展村级计生专干健康教育转岗培训

中安在线讯据淮南网报道，近日，寿县在全省率先举办村级计生专干健康教育转岗培训班。该县所有村、居计生干部300余人参加培训。 据了解，今年，省卫计委为贯彻落实健康教育与健康促进工作，从3月启动基层计划生育工作人员承担健康教育职能转岗培训，培训到县、乡(镇)两级，并要求坚持市级指导、县培训的原则对村级计生专干进行健康教育转岗培训。寿县在全省率先开展了此次村级计生专干健康教育转岗培训，培训分两期进行，课程设置主要有健康教育与健康促进的概念和方法、基本公共卫生服务、妇幼健康、儿童保健、重大传染病防控、中老年慢性病防治、中医治疗与养生、全面实施两孩政策做好新时期计生工作等知识，培训结束后还进行了测试。 参加培训的计生专干纷纷表示，今后要充分运用这次转岗培训学到的健康教育知识，指导具体工作，转变群众健康理念，服务群众身心健康，为促进基层卫生计生工作融合发展、推进国家政策在基层落地生根多作贡献。
