四川在线消息(记者李丹)绿色健康，生态养老。8月3日上午，由黑龙江省人民政府主办的“黑龙江天鹅颐养联盟候鸟养老推介会”在成都召开，邀请四川省各界朋友到黑龙江旅游度假、休闲养老，特别是在炎热的夏季到黑龙江享受一份难得的清凉，在冰封的冬季到黑龙江感受一下冰雪文化盛宴。据悉，这是自2015年5月起，黑龙江省在全国开展候鸟养老系列推介活动的第19场。 推介会上，黑龙江省有关负责人全方位介绍黑龙江省整体生态优势和养老服务业发展的良好态势，积极推出黑龙江候鸟养老精品旅居线路和健康养老项目，吸引更多外省的老年朋友来到黑龙江候鸟养老、养生度假、健康养老，实现“南雁北飞”。2016年，进入该省旅居的候鸟老人达到124万人;今年预计候鸟老人接待人数还将大幅度增长。为积极应对人口老龄化加速的挑战，黑龙江省期待进一步加强与我省政府层面的互动和部门层面的协作，加强相关行业组织的协作和养老服务机构之间的直接合作，合作的领域，不仅限于养老服务业，在旅游业方面、绿色有机食品产业、大项目建设、房地产开发等方面，都广泛寻求机遇，深化合作。 黑龙江天鹅颐养联盟成立于2015年4月，是全国首个由政府牵头成立的联盟组织，主要宗旨是推动省内涉老服务行业的横向联合和省际间的养老服务交流合作，推进候鸟异地养老等养老服务业及相关产业的共同发展。
