中安在线讯据六安新闻网报道，为进一步做好农村留守儿童关爱保护工作，日前，六安市正式出台《六安市关于加强农村留守儿童关爱保护工作实施意见》(以下简称《意见》)，此举为保护农村留守儿童权益、促进农村留守儿童健康成长，将起到积极的服务保障作用。 《意见》进一步完善了全市农村留守儿童关爱保护三个责任体系，明确了家庭是农村留守儿童监护中的主体责任，落实了县区、乡镇人民政府和村(居)民委员会属地责任。积极强化部门协同关爱保护力度;科学建立农村留守儿童关爱保护强制报告机制、应急处置机制、评估帮扶机制、监护干预机制、重点时段排查机制、加强信息平台建设的六项机制，着力从源头上逐步减少儿童留守现象。此外，《意见》还指出，我市到2018年将全面建立家庭、政府、学校尽职尽责，社会力量积极参与的农村留守儿童保护体系，强制报告、应急处置、评估帮扶、源头预防等关爱保护机制有效运行，侵害、伤害留守儿童权益的事件和安全事故得到有效遏制。与此同时，计划到2020年，在全市建立起功能完备、运转高效的未成年人关爱保护体系，实现未成年人法规制度配套体系更加健全，社会关爱保护意识普遍增强，儿童成长环境更为完善，安全更有保障，儿童留守现象明显减少等目标。(谷良成记者程传军)
