2、年内第二次履新“空降”地方

“进京”仅十个月，邓修明此次又“空降”地方，出任天津市委常委、纪委书记，这是他今年内第二次履新，其前任姚增科已调任江西省委委员、常委、副书记。巧合的是，姚增科也是由中央“空降”至地方。2015年1月，原监察部副部长姚增科接班升任天津市政协主席的臧献甫出任天津市纪委书记。

观海解局（微信ID：guanhaijieju）注意到，今年以来邓修明的公开活动并不多，上一次空开露面是今年8月份。

据中共中央国家机关工作委员会官方网站紫光阁发布信息，8月23日，中央国家机关纪工委书记邓修明参观了公安部警示教育基地。邓修明强调，公安机关要切实增强政治意识、大局意识、核心意识、看齐意识，坚决贯彻党中央关于党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的决策部署，坚持有腐必惩、有贪必肃，坚决遏制腐败现象蔓延势头。

要紧密结合公安工作实际和各警种各部门的特点，坚持抓好正面教育和典型人物宣传，同时要结合案例加强警示教育，更好地发挥反面典型的警示作用，使广大公安民警受到震撼触动、得到教育启发。

3、今年14个省份迎新纪委书记

观海解局（微信ID：guanhaijieju）根据公开报道梳理发现，今年以来，至少已经有14个省份换了省级纪委书记，分别为北京、天津、山西、内蒙古、辽宁、黑龙江、江苏、安徽、福建、江西、山东、河南、甘肃和宁夏。

据观海解局（微信ID：guanhaijieju）不完全统计，在这14位省级纪委书记中，有6位是由中央部门领导干部调任至地方，除邓修明外，还有山东省纪委书记陈辐宽、河南省纪委书记任正晓、宁夏纪委书记许传智、辽宁省纪委书记陈小江、福建省纪委书记刘学新，他们的原职务分别是中央纪委第十纪检监察室主任、国家粮食局局长、中央纪委驻国家民委纪检组长、中央纪委宣传部长以及中央纪委第九纪检监察室主任。
