一、最怕离职后公司扣工资,拿到工资赶紧撤离

如果想离职,大多数职场人的想法都是先把这个月工资拿到手再提申请,而且提出申请后会尽快催促公司给自己办理离职手续,即便下个月工资严重缩水,损失也可以降到最低,对于公司呢,让其头疼的不是员工要离职,而是这段时间不一定能找到顶替的新人,而且离职员工这段时间又不能正常使用,工资成本又高,所以要么只能拖延时间招新人,要么就通过扣工资降低工资成本。

二、职场痛点:离职提前一个月,公司却又故意拖延

说到离职拖延,又是职场一大痛点,我在另一篇文中也有提及,如果真的严格按照提前一个月提申请,一个月以后才能离开倒还好办,但公司如果临时要求提前走或者一个月后依然不给办理离职故意拖延,那最终员工裸辞的几率就非常大,因为新单位可不会等你的时间,实际操作起来也非常麻烦。

三、工资核算太随意,员工无奈有苦难言

离职后的工资核算考核,我可以用亲身经历负责任的说,和常规核算是完全不同的,以前在公司做中层管理的时候,有员工离职,人事都会特别把离职人员的绩效表知会给我,让我评分,潜规则就是必然会使劲扣分,打合格分数是不可能的,我想打公司也不会同意,公司会认为,人都走了,你还打那么高分数,给那么高工资做什么,一般就按最低标准发工资。对于离职员工而言,这也显得极为不公平,但是又没有办法。

作为公司应该如何正确处理员工离职的后续问题?

1、尽快办理离职手续,拖的越久,风险越大。

2、正确处理工资问题,树立公司良好的形象,如果员工都知道公司会无故克扣离职人员的工资,那谁还敢按正常离职流程处理,必然会想各种招来应对公司的套路。

3、扣掉的工资显得太沧海一瓢,并不能让公司盈利,也没有降低多少成本,相反还会让离开的员工心存怨恨,现在社交网络那么发达,负面口碑太容易传播,亲身见证过一家公司招人,结果因为不好的口碑,被整个行业圈的求职者抵制,09年的事儿,公司我就不说了,真人真事。

4、好聚好散!感谢彼此曾经一起合作奋斗过。

作为职场人如何正确处理离职问题?

1、保持良好的职业素养,按公司要求处理离职问题,这是作为职场人的根本,公司可以做小人,但我依然很君子。

2、做好适当的骑驴找马准备,不至于让自己陷入困境。

3、最后这个月在公司的表现尤为重要,不要将懈怠和个性的缺点表现得太过明显,因为公司在这段时间会重点关注到你,好聚好散的案例也非常多,这其中也需要保持一个良好的关系氛围,跑完跑好最后一段接力棒。
