8月末，商品房待售面积62352万平方米，比7月末减少1144万平方米。其中，住宅待售面积减少987万平方米，办公楼待售面积减少43万平方米，商业营业用房待售面积减少87万平方米。

三、房地产开发企业到位资金情况

1-8月份，房地产开发企业到位资金99804亿元，同比增长9.0%，增速比1-7月份回落0.7个百分点。其中，国内贷款16904亿元，增长19.0%；利用外资112亿元，增长15.4%；自筹资金31439亿元，下降1.7%；其他资金51349亿元，增长13.4%。在其他资金中，定金及预收款30786亿元，增长20.0%；个人按揭贷款15764亿元，增长2.4%。

四、房地产开发景气指数

8月份，房地产开发景气指数（简称“国房景气指数”）为101.42，与7月份持平。
