美缅因州河面冰裂开 预示春天将至洪水肆虐

【环球网综合报道】据英国《每日邮报》4月22日报道，一段无人机拍摄到的视频记录了美国缅因州阿鲁斯托克河上的冰开始融化的画面，人们在欣喜迎接春天的同时，也开始防洪准备。

据悉，阿鲁斯托克河每年冬天都会结冰，河面上的冰融化标志着春天的到来。尽管人们对此兴奋不已，在岗的官员也不忘提防洪水。阿鲁斯托克应急管理局，防洪部门以及国家气象局的官员代表们会面，共同商讨洪水隐患以及如何应对可能爆发的洪灾。国家气象局的消息称，在阿鲁斯托克县的大部分地区，积雪中水位已达到20-28厘米。

阿鲁斯托克县环境管理协会的负责人达伦·伍兹(Darren Woods)说道，10年前，该县有13个社区洪水泛滥，其中一个重要的因素就是降雨量太大。他们不希望这个春天到处是水。(实习编译：张俊 审稿：朱盈库)
