央视网消息 ：10号，正在波兰卡托维兹举行的2018年联合国气候变化大会“中国角”举办了一场主题为“碳市场”的边会。中国气候变化事务特别代表解振华、国际能源署署长法提赫·比罗尔，世界银行副行长劳拉·塔克等出席并致辞。

与会人员就建设和发展碳排放交易体系、推动生态文明建设展开了积极讨论。

　　解振华：中国碳市场发展成效显著

中国气候变化事务特别代表解振华首先介绍了中国政府对于应对气候变化的态度，即气候变化是全人类共同面临的严峻挑战，应对气候变化是中国国内可持续发展的内在要求，是对人类发展的责任担当。近年来，中国采取了一系列举措，取得积极成效。

从2011年起，中国在7个省市启动了地方碳交易试点工作，并取得了积极进展。试点地区碳市场覆盖的行业企业碳排放总量和强度实现双降。与此同时，中国在认真总结国外碳市场和国内试点实践和经验的基础上，持续推进全国碳排放权交易市场建设。
