生态环境部责成陕西省环保厅调查处理商洛市暴力阻挠执法事件

　　中国青年网西安8月14日电（记者　代红玉）8月13日晚，生态环境部官方头条号发布消息：责成陕西省环保厅调查处理商洛市暴力阻挠执法事件。

　　近日，陕西省商洛市商州区环保局环境执法工作人员在夜查建筑工地扬尘及夜间施工噪声等问题时，被多名施工方人员围困攻击，阻挠正常执法活动，打伤执法人员。

　　对此，生态环境部官方头条号回应表示，生态环境部高度重视，已责成陕西省环保厅派工作组现场进一步调查暴力阻挠执法事件，并要求在查清事实的基础上，对拒绝、阻碍执法人员依法执行公务的违法行为严肃处理，对打人者及相关单位予以严惩，对涉嫌犯罪的，要依法追究刑事责任。相关情况及时公开。陕西省相关部门已介入调查，公安机关已经对打人者实施拘留。
