继3月李军诉陈红股权转让无效案原告撤诉后，李军、陈红双方就亚之杰公司股权纠纷一事再起波澜。4月9日，有消息称歌手陈红前夫李军亲属李欣华、李福珍带人砸碎梅赛德斯-奔驰（北京）中心的大门，并且指责陈红拒绝公司法人及股东入场，还披露了陈红藏车、与员工签署非法劳动合同等事。
4月10日，记者获悉，昨晚多名打砸奔驰中心的涉事人员被公安机关带走调查，记者向李福珍代理律师求证时他表示，只是配合警方调查情况。而陈红的代理律师则称，被带走的人员在昨天的事件当中曾有过砸毁奔驰中心大门，辱骂保安，甚至动手打人的行为发生，并表示陈红方将积极配合警方办案。
