据新华网消息，俄罗斯总统普京和乌克兰总统波罗申科26日在白俄罗斯首都明斯克举行双边会谈。双方就乌克兰危机、俄罗斯对乌东部地区的人道主义援助、卢甘斯克和顿涅茨克两个州的难民、俄乌能源等问题交换了意见。
据白通社报道，两位总统着重就尽快停止流血冲突以及政治解决危机的必要性进行了对话。普京表示：“一旦和平进程开启，俄将尽一切努力推动它。”
普京和波罗申科在会谈中认为，两国应该重新开始关于能源和天然气问题的谈判，尽管这是非常复杂的问题，此前的相关谈判已陷入死胡同，但继续谈判是必要的。双方商定将恢复关于能源问题的协商机制。
在俄乌两国总统举行双边会谈前，俄白哈关税同盟－欧盟－乌克兰三方会谈在明斯克举行。普京、波罗申科、白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科、哈萨克斯坦总统纳扎尔巴耶夫、欧盟外交和安全政策高级代表阿什顿出席会谈，会谈未达成任何书面协议。
