山东综合执法体制改革成效显著 完成青岛西海岸新区等试点
齐鲁网 济南8月3日讯（记者李静）记者今天从省政府新闻办了解，近年来，山东省委、省政府按照党中央、国务院决策部署，出台了《关于推进综合行政执法体制改革的指导意见》，在减少执法队伍、下移执法重心、跨部门跨领域综合执法等方面大胆探索，取得了显著成效。 一是精简省级执法队伍。制定省级行政执法队伍清理规范实施方案，将28支执法队伍整合为20支。 二是精心组织市县改革试点。完成青岛西海岸新区等5个国家试点和41个省市试点，共精简132支执法队伍，组建29个综合执法机构，向364个镇街和功能区派驻执法队伍。在试点基础上，各市制定了综合执法体制改革方案。 三是统筹推进相关领域综合执法。莱芜市和95个县（市、区）通过“二合一”“三合一”组建市场监管局，实现一个领域一支队伍管执法。搞好政策衔接，统筹推进了城市管理、文化市场、卫生计生、环保、商务等领域综合执法。
