长春市区出现57处积水点　新立城水库3日9时停止泄洪

8月3日，吉网、吉刻APP记者由长春市政府防汛抗旱指挥部办公室获悉，此次降雨主要集中在长春市区及农安西部，长春市区出现57处积水点，目前暂无洪涝灾情。 据水文监测，截至3日8时，全市平均降水23.6毫米，其中长春市区48.9毫米，最大点净月84.6毫米。石头口门水库上游流域平均降水30.9毫米，新立城水库上游流域平均降水9.7毫米。降雨主要集中在长春市区及农安西部，长春市区出现57处积水点，城区指挥部出动抢险人员3000多人、排水设备200多台，正在排涝。目前，长春市暂无洪涝灾情。 全市19座大中型水库总蓄水8.34亿立方米，有5座水库水位超汛限水位。石头口门水库入库237立方米每秒，泄流206立方米每秒;新立城水库入库34.7立方米每秒，泄流50立方米每秒。为错峰调度，新立城水库于8月3日9时停止泄洪。 长春市防汛抗旱指挥部发出《关于贯彻落实省防汛工作视频会议精神全力做好防御强降水过程的通知》，要求结合我市防汛实际，做好强降水过程防御。要强化防汛督查，发现问题给予严肃处理。同时，紧盯薄弱环节，不允许在同一个地方发生同类险情。
