我省多地降雨部分水库超汛限水位0.5米以上运行嫩江县内涝

东北网8月3日讯(记者刘嘉)自8月1日开始，我省多地降雨，部分地区降雨量较大。记者从省水利部门获悉，2日，我省已有部分水库超汛限水位0.5米以上运行，部分城镇出现内涝。 据了解，受台风“海棠”残留云系及北方冷空气共同影响，8月1日至4日，我省自西向东有较大降雨过程。哈尔滨东部部分县市、大庆市、绥化市、牡丹江市、佳木斯市、黑河市嫩江县局部降有大到暴雨，个别点降大暴雨。2日由于短时明显降水天气，黑河市嫩江县几处街道出现了较严重的内涝。 据气象部门介绍，本轮强降雨将持续到4日。8月3日下午至4日白天，伊春、绥化、大庆东部、鹤岗、哈尔滨、佳木斯西部、牡丹江西部阴有大雨，其中伊春大部、绥化、大庆东部、哈尔滨局部有暴雨。省政府气象灾害应急指挥部于8月2日19时启动气象灾害(暴雨)Ⅲ级应急响应，要求有关市(地)和相关单位按照应急预案有关要求，进入应急响应状态，做好应急响应工作。
