前不久，国税干部宋卫娟和地税干部朱小叶发现工作台上放着一个钱包，两人推断很可能是纳税人遗失的，于是迅速向单位领导汇报。经过多方了解、询问，通过视频监控，查找到了失主是前来办理业务的邺都驾校周先生。随后，税务干部立即电话通知了周先生。二十分钟后，周先生急忙赶到办税服务厅，经过清点，包内银行卡、各类证件、现金无一遗失。 原来，当天下午，周先生前来缴纳契税，匆忙之中，不慎将钱包遗落在工作台上。"正在着急找不到钱包，税务干部就给我打来了电话。咱们的干部不仅服务态度好、工作效率高，而且拾金不昧、品德高尚。如果没有你们的帮助，我这2万多块钱就丢了。实在太感谢你们了！"周先生激动地连声感谢。
