莫逞口舌之快！济南环卫工被打案件告破：嫌犯被刑拘

齐鲁网 关于环卫工和司机互殴的通报8月3日讯（记者吴亚君）2017年7月30日上午9时许，济南市公安局天桥区分局堤口路派出所接到报警，称在堤口路与益康路路口，一名司机与一名环卫工人互殴。 案发后，济南市公安局和天桥区分局高度重视，立即将伤势较重的环卫工人送到附近医院救治，同时抽调堤口路派出所、刑警大队精干力量会同市局有关部门成立专案组进行调查。 经调查，7月30日上午9时许，宋某常（男，1968年出生，山东临沂人，系某汽车服务有限公司临时雇佣司机）驾驶该汽车服务有限公司一辆商务汽车在堤口路与益康路路口与骑行一辆保洁三轮车的环卫工人邝某中（男，1968年出生，河南驻马店人）发生行车纠纷，进而发生互殴，致使邝某中受伤住院。同时查明，2010年11月宋某常因故意伤害罪被济南市历下区人民法院判处拘役五个月。 专案组经过连续工作，于8月2日20时许，在济南市将宋某常抓获。经审查，宋某常对其故意伤害邝某中的犯罪事实供认不讳。另据宋某常反映，互殴过程中其被邝某中踢伤肋部。 目前，宋某常因涉嫌故意伤害罪已被天桥警方依法刑事拘留。待邝某中伤势恢复后，警方也将对其参与互殴的违法犯罪行为依法进行处理。 在此，警方提醒：争做遵守法纪、礼让谦和的文明市民，遇到矛盾纠纷时，不要逞一时之强、逞口舌之快，更不能实施违法犯罪行为，否则不但害人害己，而且必将受到法律的惩处！
