中国经济网北京8月3日讯（记者刘潇潇）记者从北京市食品药品监督管理局获悉，近日，北京食药监局印发实施《北京市运动营养食品生产审查方案（试行）》（以下简称《方案》），成为全国首部有关运动营养食品生产审查的规范性文件。 据了解，方案对运动营养食品的产品实质属性、生产条件、工艺流程和过程控制、添加剂使用、标签标注的规范使用等方面均进行了明确要求。尤其是在原辅料使用上，要求所有原辅料不得使用世界反兴奋剂机构禁用物质。 同时为避免误导消费者，对标签也有严格规定，要求标签主要展示面应标示“运动营养食品”及所属分类；有关营养的声称应符合《食品安全国家标准预包装特殊膳食用食品标签》（GB13432）的规定，不得做任何功能声称；如有不适宜食用的特殊人群，也应同时在标签中标示。 运动营养食品属于特殊膳食用食品，与保健食品有所区别。作为满足运动人群的特定食品，北京市食品药品监督管理局已将运动营养食品纳入重点监管序列。
