我省到四川成都推介夏季候鸟养老 贾玉梅作主旨演讲

东北网8月3日成都讯(黑龙江日报记者 郭铭华 东北网记者 王春颖)绿色健康，生态养老；大美龙江，养生天堂。3日，由省政府主办的“黑龙江天鹅颐养联盟候鸟养老推介会”在成都召开。 省委常委、副省长贾玉梅出席会议并作主旨演讲。 贾玉梅说，自2015年5月起，黑龙江省在全国开展候鸟旅居养老系列推介活动，通过全方位介绍黑龙江省整体生态优势和养老服务业发展的良好态势，吸引更多的候鸟老人到龙江颐养天年，欢迎更多的养老机构、有意投资养老产业的企业与我省合作，共同推动养老产业快速发展。 贾玉梅强调，我省提出大力发展候鸟养老服务，是积极应对人口老龄化加速挑战、推进黑龙江经济发展结构转型升级、把握生活方式发展潮流为旅居老人造福的需要。黑龙江整体生态优势凸显，具备健康所需的舒适环境、清新的空气、洁净的饮用水、安全的食品、健全的医疗等发展候鸟养老服务的基础。希望黑龙江与渝、川在合作层次上，进一步加强各层面的协作、养老服务机构之间的直接合作，互相借鉴经验，弥补差距和不足；在合作领域上，不仅限于养老服务业，在旅游业、绿色有机食品产业、大项目建设、对外经贸领域拓展等方面，都可以寻求机遇，深化合作；在合作方式上，既欢迎直接交易，更欢迎技术合作、资金合作和资源合作，分享市场和商机，共同促进养老服务业的合作与发展。 会上，省民政厅、省旅发委、省卫计委、黑龙江天鹅颐养联盟分别从我省发展候鸟养老服务情况、旅游休闲养老整体优势和“一城五线”精品旅居线路、医养结合方面的特色和优势、旅居养老电子商务平台运营等方面做了专题介绍。
