俄罗斯总理德米特里·梅德韦杰夫的发言人纳塔利娅·季马科娃说，梅德韦杰夫听取卫生部长韦罗妮卡·斯克沃尔佐娃汇报并令她赶往现场。

土耳其外交部长梅夫吕特·恰武什奥卢和奥地利总理塞巴斯蒂安·库尔茨在社交媒体对死者亲属表示慰问。

“有那么多儿童死亡或失踪，很不幸。”库尔茨说。

法新社报道，这是俄罗斯一段时期以来发生的最致命火灾。

2015年3月，俄罗斯鞑靼斯坦共和国喀山市一家商场起火，致死11人。

2013年4月，莫斯科州一家精神病院发生火灾，38人遇难，多数为病人。事发时，他们正在门窗紧闭的病房内睡觉。当年9月，俄罗斯西北部村庄卢卡一家精神病院起火，致死37人。

2009年，彼尔姆市一家夜总会在室内燃放焰火触发火灾，大约156人丧生。（刘曦）（新华社专特稿）
