建国来首次！北京户籍和外来人口现“双降”

日前，由北京市委党校北京人口与社会发展研究中心、社会科学文献出版社共同发布的《北京人口蓝皮书》显示，自1949年以来，2017年北京市外来人口和户籍人口双双出现下降趋势，这在建国以来还是第一次。

数字显示：北京市常住外来人口在2017年末为794.3万人，与2016年年末相比减少13.2万人，占总人口的比重由2016年的37.2%下降为2017年的36.6%；北京市户籍人口2017年末为1359.2万人，比2016年末减少3.7万人，降幅为3%。（央视记者郑晓明）
