原标题：王毅与泰国外长敦战略磋商：共同维护南海航行飞越自由

2019年2月16日，国务委员兼外交部长王毅在清迈与敦举行战略磋商。双方就南海问题深入交换意见。

双方积极评价当前南海局势趋于稳定，表示各方加强对话、管控分歧、深化合作的势头正在不断加强，强调有关国家应继续通过友好协商和谈判，以和平方式解决争议。中国和东盟国家作为《联合国海洋法公约》的缔约方，将依法共同维护南海航行及飞越自由，维护南海和平稳定。

泰方高度赞赏中方提出的三年完成“南海行为准则”磋商愿景，强调愿以此为目标，同其他东盟国家一道积极推动磋商提速增效，早日达成符合地区实际、各方共同遵守的地区规则，造福地区和国际社会。
