澳门通过修改国歌法法案 规定侮辱国歌为犯罪行为

据新华社澳门电（记者王晨曦）澳门特区立法会日前举行全体会议，细则性通过《修改第5/1999号法律〈国旗、国徽及国歌的使用及保护〉》法案。

法案对原有法律主要有7处修改，包括奏唱国歌的场合，禁止国歌使用于某些商业或其他不适当用途，国歌奏唱的形式、礼仪和违反规定的处罚，侮辱国歌的犯罪行为，在重大庆典和节日播放国歌，将国歌纳入中小学教育，新闻媒体宣传国歌。该法案自公布翌日起生效。

澳门特区政府于2018年8月3日向特区立法会提交了修改国歌法法案，并于8月13日经立法会全体会议一般性讨论和表决获得通过。
