网民捏造散布海军多名将领被查谣言 被拘留罚款

中新网北京3月31日电 (海正葆) 2015年3月26日14时49分，网民“风语者-阿军”在腾讯微博捏造散布“海军多名领导被军纪委审查”的谣言，对中国人民解放军海军声誉造成了严重的负面影响。
发现该谣言后，海军保卫部门快速行动，积极协调北京、湖南公安机关迅速展开调查。经查，该谣言的捏造散布者系湖南宁乡籍网民洪某。洪某供认了其本人在腾讯微博上捏造散布谣言的事实。公安机关责令其删除谣言，按照《治安管理处罚款法》有关规定，依法对洪某实施行政拘留，并处罚金。(完)
