中国国际文化艺术中心(CICAC)成立于1992年,由时任全国人大常委会副委员长王光英先生组建并担任理事长。中心秉承“以文化创造新价值,创造有价值新文化”的思想,积极拓展理论与实践创新空间,为实现跨行业、跨领域、跨国界的文创产业新局面搭建具有国际影响力的投资发展合作平台。

中国国际文化艺术中心拥有并控股由原国家经贸委批准、国家工商总局核准注册的怡光国际经济文化集团有限公司、大地文化娱乐公司、北京光华房地产综合开发公司等数家全资子公司。作为对外文化交流专业机构,中心具有国家颁发的各类经营许可证、资质。拥有涉外演出、广播电视节目制作、网络文化经营、信息网络视频传播以及电信与信息服务等经营业务。

中国国际文化艺术中心一直站在国际文化交流的前沿和领先位置。先后与美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、英国、法国、德国、意大利、俄罗斯、日本、朝鲜、韩国、新加坡、印度尼西亚、古巴等近六十个国家和地区不断开展国际文化交流活动,策划、组织、主办互访性国际活动;积极推动国际文化艺术交流合作,促进国际文化交流友好开展。

中国国际文化艺术中心立足“大文化”领域,坚持文化精品战略,拍摄制作及引进近千集影视剧作品,其中二十余项获得全国“五个一”工程奖、中国电视剧“飞天奖”“金鹰奖”和“骏马奖”等国家级奖项。二十年来,中心已从影视制作、大型演出、艺术展览逐步发展到集文化与艺术人才发展、创意城市空间开发、产业文化战略、国际文化市场拓展与文化品牌培育、文化产业投融资合作、文化信息化基础设施建设等为核心的业务方向,积极拓展创意城市文化资产合作的新领域,创新合作新模式;以旗下的影视节目制作中心、大型活动中心、文化创产中心、会展推广中心和企业集团开展专业化运营,形成了核心创意到文化产业投资、经营管理的完整产业链条。

中国国际文化艺术中心遵循文化市场经济规律,充分发挥自身品牌信誉价值,联合国家各大银行、信托等金融机构以及文化产业基金资源,积极与国家相关部门共同构建专业化、权威性的文化产业投融资市场评估体系,坚持为文化产业的投资提供一系列科学规范、风险可控的保障措施,

引导中国文化产业健康发展。

China International Cultural and Artistic Center

China International Cultural and Artistic Center (CICAC) was founded in 1992 by Mr. Wang Guangying, then the vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee serving as the Director of the Center. Adhering to the principle of “creating a new culture-centered value and a new value-based culture”, the Center has been actively expanding the innovation space of theory and practice for the realization of multi-industry, cross-cutting and -border cultural and creative industries in a new situation and building an investment and development cooperation platform with international influence.

The CICAC owns a number of wholly-owned or holding subsidiaries, such as Yiguang International Economic and Cultural Group, Dadi Culture and Entertainment Co., Ltd., Beijing Guanghua Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., etc. approved by the former State Economic and Trade Commission and the State Administration for Industry & Commerce. As a professional organization for cultural exchange with foreign countries, the Center is provided with all kinds of business licenses and qualifications issued by the state, and also engaged in businesses of foreign-related performances, radio and television program production, internet culture operation, information network video transmission, telecommunications & information services, etc.

The CICAC has always been at the forefront and leading position of international cultural exchanges. It has continuously carried on international cultural exchanges with nearly 60 countries and regions such as the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Russia, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, and Cuba, and has planned, organized, and hosted mutual international activities; it has also actively promoted international cultural and artistic exchanges and cooperation, and facilitated friendly international cultural exchanges.

The CICAC, based on the field of "Great Culture", adheres to the cultural and high-quality strategy, and has produced and introduced nearly one thousand sets of films and television dramas, of which more than twenty won the National Five Top Project Award, China TV Drama “Flying Award”, "China Golden Eagle TV Art Awards", "Horse Award" and other national awards. In the past 20 years, the Center has gradually developed its core business range from film and television production, large-scale performances and art exhibitions to cultural and artistic talent development, creative urban space development, industrial culture strategy, international cultural market development, cultural brand cultivation, cultural industry investment and financing cooperation, cultural information infrastructure construction, etc. It has actively expanded new areas on creative city cultural asset cooperation and created new modes of cooperation; based on its film and television program production center, large-scale activity center, cultural and creative production centers, exhibition promotion center and enterprise groups, it has carried out specialized operations and formed a complete industrial chain in its core creative industry from the cultural industry investment to the operation and  management.

The CICAC follows the laws of economics in cultural market, gives full play to the value of its brand reputation, unites national banks, trusts and other financial institutions as well as cultural industry fund resources, and actively works together with the relevant state departments to build professional and authoritative investment and financing market assessment system in the culture industry, meanwhile, it adheres to provide a range of scientific norms for investment in culture industry and supporting measures for risk control, and guides the healthy development of China's culture industry.

The CICAC holds the following four objectives: to build a harmonious society; to promote great knowledge of Chinese culture; to provide services for international cultural exchange, and; to carry out the great development of culture industry. It based on the spirit of "CHINA" with five propositions of "creation, humanity, wisdom, nature and art", has pushed hard for promoting Chinese culture to the world, and explored the path of "creative and sustainable development" for human beings.
