1月18号，江西籍男子谢某初到凯里顺手偷走了路边一家店里的苹果手机。本以为可以神不知鬼不觉，却在三个小时后被民警抓获。

被抓后，谢某说的一句话，实在让人哭笑不得。

据店内监控显示，当天下午六点，一位身穿黑色外套的中年男子鬼鬼祟祟，东张西望的走进手机店内，随后到电暖炉处，拿走了放在桌上的苹果手机，过程迅速，手法娴熟，作案后他立即离开了现场，趴在一旁睡觉的孩子发现异样，才赶紧通知了家长。

当天接到报警后，凯里公安迅速锁定了犯罪嫌疑人的位置，并在案发三个小时后，将犯罪嫌疑人谢某抓获。

面对民警，谢某对自己实施盗窃的行为供认不讳并“夸奖”警察厉害。目前，案件还在进一步办理中。
