APEC为何未发宣言 王毅：在这件事上引起中国等不满

原标题：王毅：APEC未发宣言，主要是有人想将其案文强加各方

在回答记者有关巴新刚刚闭幕的APEC会议问题时，国务委员兼外长王毅表示，刚刚在巴新举办的APEC会议总体是成功的。各方围绕会议的主题，就推进区域经济一体化、加强互联互通、实现包容性增长等达成了广泛共识。特别是习近平主席在工商峰会上发表的重要演讲以及在会议期间的重要发言，为更好应对全球性挑战提出了中国方案，得到各方广泛好评。

会议没有发表《宣言》事出有因。主要是个别经济体坚持把自己的案文强加给其它各方，为保护主义和单边主义开脱，而且不接受中方以及其它方提出的合理修改意见。这种作法引起了包括中国在内很多经济体不满，也明显不符合APEC坚持的协商一致原则。协商一致是APEC的价值所在和基本规则，事关各方共同利益，不能被无视和抛弃。

中方尊重巴布亚新几内亚作为东道主就会议成果发表主席声明，希望这一声明能归纳会议达成的共识，发出更多的正能量
