4月5日凌晨，上海浦东崂山二村一住房家突发火灾，波及整个单元居民。火灾中共有14名伤者，其中2名患者轻伤，目前已经出院；另有12名送院患者中（年龄最大74，最小3岁）中，1人身亡、8人烧伤已经转往瑞金医院、2人骨折、1人已出院。
附近居民在事发现场围观。据了解，由于半夜时分几乎所有人在熟睡中猝不及防，1名20多岁女性欲跳楼逃生导致重伤，送至院时已生命垂危，经医护人员全力抢救无效死亡。另有1人因坠楼导致身体多处骨折，还有1名骨折患者系走下楼时摔伤。
