3月2日，一段“东北游客大骂三亚导游”的视频在网络热传。三亚市导游管理中心工作人员向记者表示，目前尚未收到相关投诉，以往导游被游客骂后一般选择“息事宁人”。时长3分06秒的视频显示，大巴车厢内，一名身着蓝色短袖的中老年男子与一名身着黑白条纹裙的中年女子，与一名男导游争吵。“我X你妈的，跟我俩扯犊子呢。”短袖男子操着东北口音开骂。“你不要倚老卖老啊！”导游回应。随后短袖男子朝车后走去并大骂：“今天我就倚老卖老了，X你妈的，我整死你。我告诉你，钱有的是，你打听打听，老子是干啥的。”接着，导游向全体游客说：“大家坐好，全部把安全带系上。”
“我跟你说一句话啊，我小儿子是省台记者，大儿子是省xx厅的。我告诉你，我一给你搞起来，就给你搞没地方做（没工作）。”此时条纹裙女子同样操着东北口音向导游开口。“我们要讲礼仪、讲礼貌，不要讲这些东西。”导游回应。此后短袖男子再次进行了辱骂。“如果真是我们的导游和游客发生冲突，必须了解事情原委，再看到底谁责任大之后处理。导管部门只能配合调查。游客骂导游的话，导游一般会‘息事宁人’处理。”三亚市导游管理中心上述工作人员表示。
