12月4日消息，青海省海北州刚察县泉吉乡牧民冶学峰在放牧时，有近500多只羊通过布哈河支流冰面时遭遇冰面塌陷。初步统计，至少260只羊被淹死，造成数十万元损失。考虑到冶学峰家境困难，当地民政部门已介入调查，根据情况提供救助。李一帆 摄
