2016年8月25日，贵州省贵阳市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了云南省委原副书记仇和受贿一案。
贵州省贵阳市人民检察院起诉指控：2008年至2015年，被告人仇和利用担任中共云南省委常委、昆明市委书记，云南省委副书记等职务上的便利及职权和地位形成的便利条件，为他人在项目推进、银行贷款、工作调整等事项上提供帮助，非法收受、索取刘卫高等13人财物，共计折合人民币2433万余元。
