[疑似精神病男子持两把菜刀#当街砍伤两民警#]今日下午2点半，北京市西城区南线阁街41号楼门口发生一起持刀伤人事件。多名附近居民告诉记者，伤人人男子为41号楼小区居民，30多岁，疑似患有精神疾病。知情人士称，该男子父亲要带其去医院治疗，遭男子拒绝，情绪激动。目击者称，该男子持两把菜刀，“他当时说自己在医院吃了十多年的药，不愿再去医院。砍伤两名警察，一个伤到脖子，一个伤到脸”。随后男子被后续赶到警察控制。下午4点多记者在现场看到事发路面血迹已被冲刷。京华记者樊瑞实习记者冯华妹
