陕西省西安市中级人民法院于今日上午10时，公开宣判贵州省委原常委、遵义市委原书记廖少华受贿、滥用职权案。
法院经过审理，认定被告人廖少华犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑十五年，并处没收财产人民币一百三十万元；犯滥用职权罪，判处有期徒刑二年。决定执行有期徒刑十六年，并处没收财产人民币一百三十万元。
1月22日，西安中院一审公开开庭审理了贵州省委原常委、遵义市委原书记廖少华受贿、滥用职权一案。在庭审中，公诉机关指控被告人廖少华非法收受他人财物1324万元，滥用职权造成国家财政资金损失310余万元。辩护人对公诉机关起诉的罪名无异议，但认为对滥用职权所造成的损失应认定为130.6372万元，而不是公诉机关起诉的340.6372万元。同时认为被告人具有法定和酌定减轻、从轻量刑情节。
公诉人同意辩护人提出的被告人廖少华在受贿罪中具有坦白情节、在滥用职权罪中具有自首情节，但对辩护人对滥用职权所造成的国家经济损失数额计算方式不予认可。
