3月10日消息，全球唯一的钞票市场——索马里兰的哈尔格萨钞票市场的钞票成捆出售。索马里兰目前使用的货币是索马里兰先令，于1994年由索马里兰国家银行发行，当前的币值大约是1美元兑换7000先令。由于索马里兰的经济较差，民众对本币没有信心，所以愿意兑换国外的货币，此外，国家对钞票的交易不禁止，变成了合法买卖。
