据英国《每日邮报》报道，近日，一名利比亚男子在准备驾驶自己的小汽车时，惊讶地发现一枚炮击炮弹击中了他的车，所幸的是这枚炮弹没有爆炸。
这名男子将他的小汽车停放在班加西的一处空地上，返回取车时意外地发现车子已经被一枚迫击炮击中。这枚炮弹直接击中了车子后部的加油孔位置，砸穿铁皮后直接插在了后轮胎上，但是没有爆炸。这名男子很庆幸自己当时不在车里，若是这枚迫击炮弹发生爆炸，后果不堪设想。
自卡扎菲政权倒台后，利比亚局势依然混乱，武装冲突不断发生。在世界的其他局部战场上，也往往能够看到炮弹、炸弹发射或投掷后没有爆炸的情况。这些“未爆弹”虽然已经受损，但依然存在爆炸的可能，十分危险。
