1月14日，北京星权律师事务所代张艺兴工作室发布律师声明，称针对近日网络上关于张艺兴的侮辱诽谤言论将持续取证备诉，保留通过法律途径捍卫合法权益的权利。

随后，张艺兴工作室转发该声明并配文称：“我们接受调侃，也愿意面对吐槽，更理解公众人物被娱乐的属性，但是我们不接受并坚决抵制造谣生事、恶意揣测、蓄意抹黑等逾越了法律底线的行为。网络环境与现实生活是两个相交互的世界，希望各位能清醒认识到，网络环境亦有着清晰的法律条款，切莫以为在网络环境为所欲为可以逃避现实世界的法律责任。”
