【卧底黄记煌：后厨成“苍蝇乐园”大厨捏完苍蝇再做菜】深圳《法治时空》记者卧底一家黄记煌餐馆，发现：①后厨成“苍蝇乐园”，厨工菜刀打苍蝇；②大厨不洗手，捏完苍蝇再炸饼，发霉大米洗洗下锅，“不发霉洗来干嘛”③青椒、鱼等食材掉地上不用洗，淋上调料就上桌。
【@黄记煌回应：虽是个别情况但绝对不能被接受】深圳黄记煌车公庙泰然路店个别员工违反食品卫生安全标准操作的情况，公司表示最诚挚的歉意。已成立调查小组调查；主动配合政府部门调查；全国门店开展食品安全专项自查自检活动。虽然这是一起个别事件，但绝对不能被接受。
