原标题：26秒别车8次 别车男开"斗气车"涉嫌治安违法

2月16日，市民何女士驾车途径成都川藏立交辅道附近时，遭遇一辆蓝色汽车“蛇形走位”别车。

18日下午，记者从成都交警一分局获悉，2月17日，有群众在媒体上举报一辆蓝色小轿车在三环路川藏立交附近与其他车辆有开“斗气车”的驾驶行为后，一分局高度重视，通过技术手段很快就锁定了号牌为川A021**的车辆驾驶人张某，并将其传唤至交警一分局接受调查。

在证据面前，张某对其违法行为供认不讳。

经调查，该驾驶人张某在三环路川藏立交路口驾驶车辆过程中违反《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第六十二条第三项驾车时有其他妨碍安全行车的行为处以罚款200元，记2分，以及第五十九条第二款未按规定鸣喇叭示意的违法行为处以罚款200元;合并处罚为罚款400元，记2分的处罚。

由于该驾驶人还涉嫌违反《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，交警一分局将该案移交至武侯公安分局华兴派出所作进一步处理。(据封面新闻)
