泰王姐姐参选总理 泰王发表声明反对

中国日报网2月9日电 泰国"泰爱国党"（Thai Raksa Chart）8日推举泰王姐姐乌汶叻公主（Princess Ubolratana）参与3月大选竞逐总理，泰王哇集拉隆功(Maha Vajiralongkorn)当天晚上首度开腔，指乌汶叻公主参选是“不恰当的”和违宪，很可能令她的参选梦告终。

据路透社报道，67岁的乌汶叻公主8日宣布代表亲前总理他信的“泰爱国党”参选，成为该党唯一候选人，震惊泰国政坛。但在泰王反对下，她极可能被选举委员会裁定不符合参选资格。

泰王在声明中说：“王室高层成员介入政治，无论如何都会违反国家的传统、惯例和文化，因此是极不恰当的。”

在泰爱国党向选委会递交名单之后，乌汶叻公主在社群网站留言，回应民众的热烈支持，她写道：“感谢人民的爱，我深受感动。”对于参选之举，她表示要暂时放开王室成员身分，以平民来行使她的从政权利。
