北京时间2019年1月30日晚，18/19赛季CBA联赛第37轮，吉林主场迎战时代中国广州，外援琼斯砍下的超级三双，吉林在主场122：99大胜广州赢下排名卡位战，不过让人遗憾的是吉林损失了一名球员，在第四节最后阶段，吉林球员李安与西热力江对位时不慎严重扭伤膝盖。

从现场直播视频可以看到，李安从中路正面面对西热力江的防守，右脚落地不稳突然崴了一下，随后痛苦倒地，一众队友合围祈祷，西热力江表情相当失落，在场的队医完成了简单治疗后李安被队友用担架抬下场，而救护车则在球场门口待命，随后李安送往医院接受进一步的检查。

不过更令人遗憾的是现场导播的安排，李安的这次意外受伤，现场导播多次重复慢镜头回放受伤画面，确实有点残忍，而央视篮球评论员杨健杨老师也是及时指出，镜头虽然要交代清楚比赛的细节，但这样看着令人揪心的镜头反复重复，这些画面真的缺乏人文关怀。
