"领导霸座"调查结果:工作人员争吵 未私带旅客

中国铁路成都局集团有限公司官方微博17日发布消息，对于网上传播的1月16日C6607次铁路“领导霸座”视频，我公司已组成联合调查组连夜开展调查。经查，视频中的四位当事人，其中三名为负责铁路收入检查的工作人员，与该三人发生争吵的是铁路机车乘务员。当日，三名收入检查人员乘车前往崇州站检查客运收入工作，根据列车长安排，拟在铁路工作人员专属共用座位乘座，因沟通不到位发生争吵，未私带无票旅客。公司对在列车上争吵的铁路工作人员已严肃批评教育，责令作出深刻检查。今后，我公司将进一步加强员工教育管理，防止类似问题再次发生。同时，就此事造成的不良影响向旅客深表歉意！
