原标题：蔡健雅新歌又陷抄袭风波 公司声援：不存在任何抄袭成分

拿过3次金曲奖最佳女歌手的蔡健雅近日陷入抄袭风波，新专辑《我要给世界最悠长的湿吻》中的一首《半途》被质疑抄袭泰勒·斯威夫特的《safe&sound》。其唱片公司环球音乐以及版权代理公司华纳盛世，今天（12月23日）分别发声明支援。

环球音乐直接指出这首《半途》为“蔡健雅本人创作，不存在任何抄袭成分。”而华纳盛世则严厉指出：“任何罔顾事实、肆意宣泄借机抹黑的言论不仅对创作人的名誉造成损害及构成诽谤，更会否定创作人对音乐的热爱和尊重，大众实应立即停止散播有关不实言论。”

华纳盛世还表示，他们比对两首歌曲后，说明如下：

在曲调上《半途》是C大调，la do re mi la (61236)的旋律配上和弦F Am G；和弦的进行形式上是4级-6级/5级-4级-2级。

《Safe and Sound 》则是E小调，do mi fa so (1345)的旋律配上和弦C D Em D，并使用了6级-7级-1级-7级的和弦进行方式。

两者在曲调运用、音符构成及和弦进行三方面系属不同的原创作品。
