悲剧！琼中一男子鱼塘排水不慎被吸进涵洞溺亡

11月13日12时41分，琼中消防大队值班室接到110指挥中心调度：位于琼中县营根镇里龙村，有一男子在鱼塘排水时不慎被吸进涵洞，请求消防队员救援。

　　接到调度后，琼中消防大队调派1辆消防车、1艘橡皮艇和7名指战员赶往现场进行处置。

13时4分，救援人员到达现场。经侦察得知：男子在鱼塘排水时不慎被吸进洞口直径大约30厘米的涵洞，辖区派出所民警已联系挖掘机到场协助处置。根据现场情况，指挥员命令挖掘机在鱼塘边上挖开一个口子进行排水，待水位低于涵洞洞口时发现被困人员被困于出水口拐角处，指挥员立即命令挖掘机从出水口进行挖掘救人。14时37分，成功将被困人员救出，经确认被困男子已无生命迹象。（ 记者良子 通讯员陈宋松）
