生活中处处都能看到塑料袋，我们购物会使用塑料袋，更多的情况下废弃的塑料袋被我们当做垃圾扔掉了。

尽管我们知道塑料袋对环境的污染很大，尽管我们知道一个塑料袋自然分解需要200年以上，尽管我们知道塑料袋被动物食用后可能会导致它们死亡，但因为始终没有找到很好的替代方式，所以一直在使用。

为了解决白色污染给人类带来的危机，两位智利工程师近日在圣地亚哥展示了他们的最新发明的塑料袋，这种塑料袋竟然可溶于水且非石油衍生物，而且溶解完塑料袋的水还能喝，太不可思议了。

这种新型塑料袋是对目前生产塑料袋的化学配方进行了修改。

工程师表示，这种塑料袋可以在任何地方开展生产。

前段时间，智力参议院通过了一项禁止商店使用塑料袋的法案，使其成为南美洲首个禁止使用塑料袋的国家。
