原标题：高速频繁冲卡逃费 8人被判抢夺罪

7月26日，广东省公路建设有限公司南环段分公司发布消息称，佛山市南海区人民法院近日经过三次开庭审理，对8名团伙暴力冲卡的逃费司机以抢夺罪判处有期徒刑一年一个月至一年四个月、并处罚金2000元至5000元、追缴所逃路费5万余元，为全国第一个以抢夺罪判罚团伙冲卡逃费案例。

2017年以来，南环段分公司所属路段收费站发现有赣牌运输瓷土的红色大货车在凌晨时段团伙冲卡逃费，该团伙冲卡时采取蒙脸、无牌、假牌和遮牌或行驶过程中频繁变换车牌等手段，逃避工作人员跟踪打击。

该团伙长期在佛山、广州、清远、阳江等地多条高速公路连续作案。据不完全统计，近三年该团伙在南环段及周边四个路段冲卡逃费累计已达1400多辆次。（驻穗记者姚嘉莉通讯员岳路建）
