套马杆原唱被起诉：案件详情

7月13日，北京市第一中级人民法院发布了一则审判快讯，案件为军旅歌手乌兰托娅主张被告，《套马杆》原唱者乌兰托娅公然使用其姓名，利用其知名度恶意盗用、冒用其姓名，要求被告停止使用其姓名并赔礼道歉、赔偿损失。法院驳回了原告的诉讼请求。

据悉，原告军旅歌手乌兰托娅主张被告《套马杆》原唱者乌兰托娅公然使用其姓名，利用其知名度，并恶意盗用、冒用其姓名，侵犯姓名权，诉至法院，要求被告停止使用其姓名并赔礼道歉、赔偿损失。一审法院判决驳回其诉讼请求。原告乌兰托娅不服，上诉至北京一中院。近日，法院宣布二审维持原判。
