巴西总统签署武器持有法令 允许巴西公民可在家中存有枪支

当地时间1月15日，巴西总统博索纳罗签署了关于放宽枪支管控的法令，允许每个巴西公民可在家中存有枪支，有效期为5至10年。该法令明确了巴西公民在家中或工作场所可持有枪支，但并未解禁在其它场所的使用权。只有经过包括心理、技术等一系列测试，并获得巴西联邦警察批准的公民才有持枪资格。所有申请的枪支将记录在案。法令还规定符合申请条件的巴西民众最多可拥有四种武器。博索纳罗表示新措施会保证巴西民众的正当防卫权，可以减少城市中日益增长的暴力犯罪问题。（央视记者 赵艺君）
